So everyone on here raves about lone wolf, and for good reason, they're great stands.
But what about Muddy stands? The weight and design looks very similar but for much cheaper.
Historically I've waited until after season about bought clearance ****s house brand.
I hunt the property I own and can put up my stands whenever I want and they're safe. So what's the benefit of spending that much money on a stand?

I am just getting ready to purchase the Muddy Hunter Pro hang on. Looking forward to putting it up any many trees this fall.

Muddy stands are very good... if I needed any more, I'd probably pick up a few.

I have a set of Muddy sticks and 4 of their stands. Really like them a lot. Easy to hang, lighweight and comfortable, my 13 year old son's favorite stand is the 20foot ladder stand. Cannot say eneugh good things about them, customer service is top notch as well.

Muddy stands are the best out there.

Myself and cameraman have used a Muddy stand for two years now. We carried it in every time we went hunting and hung it next to our single man set. They are easy to carry in and comfortable. The custumer care is excelent as well. But we found out that they are not the best for hang and hunting. Lone Wolf stands are a little bit easier for set up, set in the tree better, quiter when setting up and the platfrom is also better. The Muddy hang on platforms seemed to get a bit slick with wet boots. All in all Muddy stands are great for perminant stand placements but Lone Wolf has the edge when it comes to hanging and hunting situations.

I just ordered a Muddy hunter, chose it over LoneWolf and Twisted Timber. Hope I made the right choice. I plan to have in a tree soon.

I like the sticks better than the LW sticks I just bought.
