I am curious if anyone has ever used these. I was just reading about it on the website and noticed a few interesting features. These stands are strapped to the tree using ratchet straps. Definetly a great way to get it tight. You also send the straps back every 3 years and they replace them for free. Definetly a nice feature.

I believe that we will see them on the next White Knuckle Productions dvd.

Fergie - Todd and I have two stands on order that should be here this week. We're going to be trying them out and doing full reviews here on the site. We're also going to be carrying their full line of stands very shortly as well. I'll let you know what we think!

That's cool. Only reason I got introduced to them was over a conversation I had with Todd at WKP. He is really excited about Muddy and what they are doing. I am looking forward to your reviews.

Stands showed up today! I"m gonna take mine home tonight and tinker with it, get some initial impressions. IMO it's very "Lone Wolfy". Same type of fastening system to the tree anyways. Pretty lightweight from what I can tell as well. Looks like a pretty decent stand and for the money, it might be a pretty viable option the next few years.

I'm in the market for a good portable stand and this looks like an excellent option. I like the leveling feature and the loop-peg ratcheting system. Not a bad price for an all aluminun stand.

Is "Lone Wolfy" a technical term?

I'm going to work on getting them listed on the site today, and my review up before this weekend.

Overall for the money, I like the stand. Very lightweight, very quiet, and I did like the ratchet strap option for securing it to the tree. Although I didn't use it in my situation, it's nice to know you have it and that it's included with the stand. The seat was very comfy, although a little on the loud side. All in all for the money I will probably pick up a few more for next season. I'll use them as stands that I hang pre-season and keep my LW Hang-On w/sticks for run and gun hunting.

I will be sure and do that Ferg.

I was wondering if the seat made noise. The way they show the water beading off of it, I thought it might be a little "plastic-y"

I haven't gotten to see one yet but am looking forward to it. Hopefully JZ will have some at his office when I get out there in a week or two to pick up some stuff.

I'll probably own one here extremely soon, they are almost a carbon copy of the Loggy Bayout Predator series that came out in 2006. Check out the links below. Both stands have seat and platform leveling system, they have almost an identical mesh pattern and they're almost the same price... unless of course you score on sportsmansguide.com

Either way it's a pretty cool design, I do like the addition of the ratchet straps to the stand. I've replace the straps on my loggy bayou as well.

JZ, is your lack of response and not putting it on the site a clue that we don't want these stands? I would still really like to see your review!
