4 Muddy Sticks will retail for $129.00 - which is exactly the same cost of 3 of the other guys. They recently increased the costs of theirs as well.

Judging from the thousands of people who have seen them at the shows and commented about them - there are MANY other guys who have been looking to eliminate metal noise, pack easier, and have a two steps to stand on at each step segment. That is the biggest complaint I've ever heard about the other ones. Buy what you want, I know what I'll be packing into the woods. I too set a few stands a year!

Bowhuntingfool - how is ever falling out of the tree a good thing? You shouldn't fall out of the tree if your climbing system is safe!

It isn't, I never said it was a good thing now did I... I just said "Sure would hate to fall even 5 feet wearing that harness with a few of the sticks attached to it, you'd better be tied off to the tree the entire time!"... I know a guy that fell from his first step, foot slipped off and he fell, now with 2 of anything strapped to you side and your in a world of pain, your in a world of pain either way! Its nice to have options!

I agree 100% about options! The different opinions of "all" of us really is what actually creates the oportunities for new companies / new designs to have a potential market. If we all like the same thing - there wouldn't be very many companies out there that is for-sure!

They will be available from Muddy by the third week in July. Later than we wanted, but they had to be PERFECT and safe by TMA and our standards. All good things are worth waiting for! The final design is super-strong, and works fantastic! 10x better than the samples you guys have seen. The production version is so much nicer!
