I just bought a pair of Muck Arctic Pro boots for the colder days on stand. They feel very comfortable, and I hope they will keep my feet warm on all day sits. Anybody with any experience with these boots feel free to give me your opinion.

I have the elites I think there called. I love them, I use them all season. From 100 degrees in September to 0 degrees in late winter. I just adjust my socks according to the temps out side. I also have the Lacrosse Aeroheads, and like them. But the muck books are my go to boots. Just a better feel and more comfortable. You will like them, just use a good wool sock in the winter.

I use the Woody Max, which are just a step down in insulation I believe. These work great. I have found the key to keeping feet warmer longer is socks. Merino wool is the best. Wear a thin pair into the woods with thin plastic bags over them. When you get to your stand, take off bags and socks. Place socks in bags and seal shut and put in pack. Air out feet briefly, put on fresh merino wool socks and put boots back on. Also, get the boots slightly larger to allow thicker socks. A tight fit will constrict blood flow and make your feet colder sooner.

Thanks for everyone's input. Yes, I got one size larger so I can use thicker/warmer socks. These really are comfortable boots.

I have a pair and really like them, I've been impressed. I'll buy another pair when the day comes.

I love my muck boots I have the artic pros and haven't had my feet get cold. I wear a pair at work in the winter to and haven't had any issues.
