Purebowhunting, hunting with dogs in a Mt.Lion is very exciting. You must be in decent shape to get to the tree in order to make the shot. My hunt was in Idaho with a really great guide, we gained some elevation from a Artic Cat with Tracs, but mostl it was hiking through deep snow, all in all, very rewarding hunt! I did see the proposed lion release in the Hamptons, then the proposed wasting of tax dollars to hire sharp shooters, not good. I signed a petition to keep them out and to let the bowhunters have liberal access to properties and tags.
