Well after selling my last country home due to unforseen circumstances, we bought a double 3 years ago..... We rent the upper out to my wife's Aunt and that pays for much of the mortgage and taxes.

Did some other lifestyle adjustments and we got our finances back in line with very little debt. After we both received promotions and many bonuses, we were in the position to look at moving back out into the country.

Now it doesn't touch what alot of y'all have, but it will be our own little paradise .... gonna replace all the rugs with hardwood eventually and update the kitchen ... but she is in awesome condition ... built in 1985

Here we are driving up to it .....

And across the street is my neighbor .. a milk farmer that is settling on retiring in 18 months and will be offering me more land to purchase. I an going to be meeting him soon. The guy that I bought the house from said he is an awesome guy and will allow me access to his woods for hunting, tho i will not push that issue .. I will let him offer, all the while help him with whatever he might need.

So I figured I bought that new ML ... had to have a place to play with it! ;)

To God be ALL the glory ... He worked it all out in ways ONLY He could do ..

Congrats, PT!! Super looking place and it looks to be pretty private. How many acres did you get with it if you don't mind me asking?

    Thanks guys ....we are STOKED!

LOL ... yeah the toilet and and one piece sink/countertop is black as well :)

We only have a little over an acre right now, but the farmer will be selling parts off to me and his son who lives about 600 feet from my house ... and also land behind his house. My dad and nephew are interested in that as well ... the farmer DOES NOT want anyone developing the area ... so he is gonna sell it in a way it wont be able to be ;)

BTW ... the farmers boy that lives down the road has a son Andrew's age :)
