Any experience with deer movement after raining all night and most of the morning? Also do you notice deer moving earlier when a front is comming in or do you notice them staying bedded till after the front moves in.

I pesonally would say be in the stand when the rain is forcasted to stop, or a bit before. That is my preference, i have sat all day in the rain and didn't see the deer until it let up (still raining just not hard).

yeah if hard rain is coming sit till it starts pouring, then sit right before it lets out! They will be restless if they bed for a while during a hard rain. I've killed my biggest buck right after a hard morning rain. It seemed like someone had just let out a whole trailer full of deer after the rain stopped. Everything was moving!
