That is good info and I did not know that; but I was speaking of the restaurants I have been to. Shellfish and sushi was no bueno. Trout was great, but technically not seafood. and since you (appear to be) both grammatically and culinarily challenged, there is a bit more to seafood than Pacific fish and Alaskan crab. pretty sure we're closer to lobster, cod, clams, and a bunch of other good ones, especially many varieties of Great Lakes fish which are delicious.
Supposedly there are some fine seafood places up by SLC. No reason for there not to be, lots of hoity-toity people up there. And, I've been to some pretty good seafood places back in Chicagoland.... and some pretty bad ones. Same with sushi. Of course, if you want good sushi, go to Japan. I'm in the boonies. Seafood at a restaurant down here is pretty much the fried shrimp basket. LOL I miss Chicago-style pizza but my only real regret about moving out here is that I didn't do it decades ago.
I know that Giordano's will mail you a frozen pizza to pop in your oven at home...I'm pretty sure Malnati's and Gino's East do as well. Not sure about Connie's (their mid-weight is my personal favorite.)
I live in the state where my family has lived for 160 years. My kids live here and therefore I will remain here. When I was in the military I travelled all over America and overseas. There are states I'd like to go visit again, but for living, there is no place like home.
