So I scored big on some cabin decor. My old landlord was throwing all this out. He said I was saving him a trip to the dump by taking it.

Not my trophies but pretty cool. Especially for free. Everything his been in my 800 sq ft apartment for the last week. My fiancé is very patient and tolerant with me.

Here is my dog in the middle of it all.

This mount was on the wall behind my company's booth at a local fly fishing show... Kind of freaked me out.

Sweet! What happened to your landlord? Couldn't imagine deciding to just toss my mounts in the dumpster no matter what circumstance I was facing.

Even if you didn't keep them, you could sell that stuff for a pretty good chunk of change. There's always folks looking for cabin/restaurant décor.

    Nice score!

Awesome score. I'd hate to see those beautiful animals just wind up in the dump.

Holy crap! Awesome score for sure!

No kidding, I'd love a moose for the Lodge.

I'd sell every bit of it. I bet that moose mount would sell for quite a bit.

That's quite the score! Nicely done on your part, but I don't know what your landlord was thinking

Wow! Great score there. Your cabin will look amazing with all those mounts. Right place at the right time!

When my dad died he had a butt load of mounts in his house that I didn't want or have room for. I kept the ones that had any sort of meaning to me personally (deer I helped track, etc.) I sold the rest pretty cheap, but was able to get $1,300 for a moose without batting an eye. It was gone pretty quick and from what I'm told that price was super cheap. He had two moose mounts and my wife only allowed me to keep one of them, which now adorns the wall in my living room. Thank God for cathedral ceilings. :D

Good score but personally I'd be sellin them all. I just dont get much pleasure from a mount that doesnt have any significance to me.

Good score! I don't know what I would do with all of them. I am the same way with mounts if they have no personal meaning might keep a moose though.

That is awesome. Weather you kept them or not that would of been such a shame to have them tossed out.

Sell it all to fund a hunt for one of those animals of your own.

Wow, that's a lot of money in mounts to be taking to the dump!
