What do you guys think a cool way to incorporate an arrow into a mount would be? I am thinking a shoulder mount or one similar, not necessarily a full body mount or anything. I was just thinking about how cool it is to have the actual arrow that killed the deer on the mount with the deer itself. I was thinking that would be pretty cool for the shell casing or slug of a rifle killed deer also. Just a thought for my next taxi project.

Idk. Maybe have like a small 6" or so section of the arrow(the nock and fletching end) and reset the broadhead back into that section and have it around its neck like a necklace?? So it would be the original arrow and its components just a short 5-6" version.

Maybe even use old bowstring as the necklace part?

I've thought about working with taxidermist before to incorporate say 6 inches of an arrow exposed out of a mount (enlarged shoulder) just behind shoulder. Never done it but maybe someday.

Even if it isn't sticking into the deer at all, just to incorporate it into one package. Just have the arrow resting on a little shelf below the shoulder mount of a deer so you can say "this is the arrow I shot the deer with"

This is my first buck and first one with a bow. What I do with my arrow is I set it on the antlers. Here is a picture. It is kinda hard to see. I also leave the tag on the antler.

The taxidermist never took the tag off so I thought I would leave it on. I just thought the arrow idea was cool. When you get yours the way you want it I would like to see some pictures.
