Moultrie DGS-I40

    I have the I-40 an takes good pic an did take good video but for some reason none of the player's on my PC will play the AVI video, an I tried to call the tec number at Moultri said it would be over a hr to get to me and the e-mail saidit would be 5 days, NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    any suggestions

    Try playing them in Windows Media Player. Hope this helps.

    tried media player real player power point none would work

    My moultrie videos play in both Real Player and Window's Media Player....make sure you have the latest updates. They should be free. If that doesn't work go to download.com by CNET, very reputable website, there you can search for video editor software that will allow you to change the format of your videos from .AVI to .MPEG or .WAV

    got the thing where it is working but now the video is only 5 sec long no mater what i do i set it for 30sec an still it only records 5 sec. Still a joke trying to get a hold from someone at Moultrie , no responce either by phone or e-mail !!!!!
