Anyone using one of these ? My wife bought me one for Christmas last year , I havn't used it yet. My question is what did you use to connect your fluid head to the Camera arm.

Never heard of those arms before. Just checked out the web site and they look decent. Especially the Pro X model. Why are you having trouble connecting your camera head? Doesn't the arm have a hole for mounting?

The arm has holes in the end of it , but there wasn't any bolts that came with it. I was just wondering if anyone knew off hand what size thread and length I would need .

I wanna say that most are a 1/4" standard thread bolt. Like you would find at Rural King or something similar in the bulk bolt bins. Just carry your fluid head into the hardware store and try them till they fit. :moose:

What kind of fluid head do you have? If you know the make/model it should be relatively easy to find out what screw thread it will accept. Most professional fluid heads like your Bogen 701/501 series take a 3/8" screw.

Justin, I have a Manfrotto 700rc2, I'm just gonna take it with me to the store and make sure I get the right size. Thanks.
