Mr Miller is absolutely right. 1- His white chili is fantastic. 2- Although the farm raised catfish we get here are pretty good, fresh caught wild catfish, small ones, are delicious. 3- The pinks, fresh from Lake Superior are really excellent. We sheep are vegetarians of course, we're sort of born that way
Spaghetti is just a noodle. You can use it under many different kinds of things. Here's a pasta dish if you like spicy. My husband showed me how to make it and I do it often. It really puts him in the mood. Once he eats, he doesn't even want to wait until bedtime. You probably shouldn't prepare this if you live alone. Take a can of tomato sauce, add about a tablespoon of olive oil and a big tablespoon of crushed, dried, cayenne peppers. Simmer for a while. Meanwhile boil some rigatoni. When the rigatoni is done, drain and put in a bowl. Immediately toss with lots of butter and grated Romano cheese. Put in individual bowls and spoon the sauce over it. Here's a salad that would go well with it. Chop some romaine, throw in some little leaves of new spinach. Peel and section an orange and cut each section in half, or take a can of pineapple in juice and cut each chunk into four pieces. Toss with the greens and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. That salad would go over very well at a sheep salad bar
