Good luck. Where in PA are you looking? I can point in the right direction depending on area. Just not mine :)

I noticed they have a property for sale in Greene County, IN. I know exactly where it is and they are insane if they think someone would $385,000 for the sixty-plus acres they're selling.

Holy Crap!!!!! I didn't even give anything close to that for my 101 acres. Land must be high up there. Crap...I could have bought 300 acres for less than that....actually a quit a bit less.

It's not. They're exploiting the fact that it borders a FWA that is becoming a hot spot for duck hunting...which isn't all that great around here to begin with.

Depending on what type if ground it is, that's about goin rate around here. Good farm ground is goin for 10, 000/acre and timber ground for hunting is goin for 4500/acre. Both those numbers are on low to average side.

Here is one you can sell. I still can not believe my buddy is selling it but he has already signed a purchase agreement for another, much larger Ia property. He specializes in management practices similar to the Lacoskys. He has put a lot of effort into this small property and it has paid dividends. The neighbor is my cousin and he has shot 2 booners and several over 160 in the last 8 years. Ia residents have it made! You can too!http://www.whitetailproperties.com/...ls-food-plots-bedding-sanctuary-ponds-lansing

Mossy Oak Properties aka Over Priced Properties.... Commercialization has ruined hunting in so many ways.
