Can't believe the Pats gave him up at this point in the season. They seemed to be pretty poised for a deep run into the playoffs themselves. How do they replace that threat? Things in the locker room must have been that ugly? I don't really get it. Good pick up for the Vikes though.

Gosh i REALLY dont like this...

Looking into it more, All of THIS, will be on the same field come playof time:

QB: Brett Favre - 4200 yards, 33 touchdowns, 107 rating

    RB: Adrian Peterson - 1400 yards, 18 touchdowns, 43 rec, 436 yards

WR: Randy Moss - 83 rec, 1300 yards, 13 touchdowns
    Sidney Rice - 83 rec, 1300 yards, 8 touchdowns
    Percy Harvin - 60 rec, 800 yards, 6 touchdowns
    Bernard Berrian - 55 rec, 600 yards, 4 touchdowns
    Greg Camarillo - 50 rec, 550 yards

TE: Visanthe Shiancoe - 56 rec, 550 yards, 11 touchdowns

I dont care how its gets dished out, how well Moss fits in, how much Camarillo is on the decline...how bad Favre is playing...

There are 2 legit HOF's in that group, plus Peterson who is the 1-2 back in the league and probably the leagues best supporting cast to compliment. If they can get in on a Wild Card, they can be REALLy dangerous. Moss is one the of the few recievers who is ALWAYS open. Plus now he has the opportunity to bring his image back to his hometeam. Scary.

Randy wa-wa. We didn't need him to win a superbowl, just good camera work:)

He's a great player just like Manny & Pedro, unfortunately a cancer in the locker room...

Put it in "the real world", aside of sports and the ego's.
If you had to put up with a tool everyday at work, no matter how much they excelled, would you love to go to work everyday???

Im not so sure firing Ted is a good move.

Look and see who he has drafted (starters in italics):

Aaron Rodgers - 1x pro bowler
    Greg Jennings
    Jermicheal Finley
    Brian Buluga
    Jason Spitz
    Darryn Colledge
    James Jones
    Jordy Nelson
    Brandon Jackson

    Mason Crosby

Nick Collins - 2x pro bowler
Clay Matthews - 1x pro bowler
    BJ. Raji
    AJ Hawk
    Tramon Williams
    Brady Poppinga
    Brad Jones
    Desmond Bishop
    Morgan Burnett

Now i think its safe to say that Tramon Williams, Jermicheal Finley, Greg Jennings and B.J. Raji are all future pro bowlers in this sysytem. All of this since 2005. Pretty damn good job if you ask me.

Glaring points are not getting Moss twice, not getting Lynch and minimal free agent signings. Last time i checked Bigby, Chillar and Martin are good pick-ups, and of course Grant and future HOF'er Woodson.

This team is as Ted Thompson as you can get. And i like how its built. We are legit Super Bowl contender this year, and if we address the secondary and the running back postions aggresivly next year...it could be dynasty time :tu:

He gave Cunningham, Cullpepper and TOM BRADY the best years of theircareers. Sometimes what you bring to the table can overshadow any downfalls in your persona.

He is without a doubt a threat and a true tallent, until he becomes a team player he will be without a ring much like, oh I can't say it... :)

Understanding how to get the most out of your team is more important than posting star like numbers. Sure there have been superstars with rings, but if all were equal I would rather have the best WR with a minimum attitude Jerry Rice. Punk attitude vs. a gentleman wins in my eyes.

Great posts Siman08/OH I think the Packers are in trouble. The O-line isn't that great and the defence is stuggling and let's not forget about the running back's or lack there of. They are a 1 dementional team right now riding on #12 shoulders. The Packers next 4 games will tell the story on how good they really are.

I didn't understand it either. Even when he is not putting up any yards, or getting any catches, he's still drawing 2 defenders. So even doing nothing he was doing a lot.
