I picked up this target after looking long for a target that was large in size, could withstand broadheads, and is 5 spotted.
After shooting 1 round of 5 arrows I can easily say, DO NOT buy this target. My last arrow got stuck in the target and took me 2 days to get out. I emailed morrell and the response I got was barely english. I'm not the grammar police, but this was pretty bad.
This target also leaves a rubber and glue residue on the arrow (see pictures)
I am actually afraid of what will happen when I shoot some killzone practice shots into it.

I know everyone on here is a bunch of fanboys (no offense) for the rhineheart 18.1, but I simply don't like the size. I like to play with broadheads out to 60-80 yards and a small target is not condusive to that.

The target I should have got was the blobtarget. I talked to the owner and he was basically shipping it for free.

That sucks. Hope you have better luck with your next target.

I have one that I have shot hard for four or five years. ( I have already started shooting broadheads.) Once or twice a year now I have to inject a bit of insulation foam into the soft spot but then it is good to go again.

It's not that were fanboys but when you find a great product that does the job, why wouldn't you use it??? Rinehart makes many different targets in different sizes and yes they are expensive but when they last for 2 even 3 years of heavy shooting your saving yourself money in the long run.

The "no offense" was the indicator of "this statement was to be taken as a joke".
I never said it was a bad target or that being a "fanboy" is even a bad thing. No need to be defensive because you own one.
I wouldn't own one because I like a larger target. I like to play with broadheads and many different arrow types and weights, this means my target needs to be bigger. It's all about personal preference.

I am simply stating my displeasure in the yellowjacket. Nowhere did I write a statement the the rhinehart was a bad target.

No offense taken, I was just saying that Rinehart makes several bigger targets that might interest you. I shoot roughly 100 arrows a day from Aug-Dec. so I'm very picky on my targets because I usually go through a couple a year.

Never had a problem with arrows sticking in the Yellow Jacket I am shooting. Matter of fact, the field point arrows pull out easier than in my friends Black Block. Broadheads destroyed the Yellow Jacket in a matter of days although they claim it to be a field point and broadhead target. I did shoot the correct sides.

I'm interested in the injecting a bit of insulation foam comment. Where do you pick that up?
