Anyone had Moose before? I had it back in 1991 and can't remember much because it was BBQ'd like pork. I have a buddy that has a little over 200# of Moose still and offered me whatever I wanted to take. He won't budge on the Elk though
Dude, I'm thinking GTG? We can definitely do some bbq-ing w/some of that? What is the cut of meat, roast? steaks? ground? loin? Try to make some jerky w/it.
I've had quite a bit of it as my dad has killed a few moose in his day, and I really enjoy it. Personally, I think it's better than venison if prepared properly.
