Went for a long scouting hike today with a buddy and found a rub line. 3 of the rubs were over my head... I'm 6'2"! That's a tall critter! Maybe I'll put in for a MN tag one of these years?
I ran into a pile of these this year hunting northern zone NY in the Adirondacks, first time I've ever seen anything like it. I really wish I had the camera with me to take pictures. We were hunting in the vlies on top of a mountain and the moose were in there thick in the mucky stuff. I ended up bumping a mature 50"+ bull out to another member of our camp the first morning I was in there.

No I haven't. My fear would be getting drawn w/o having any idea of where or how to hunt them. I know it won't happen like that, but man, I'd be pissed if I drew right away and wasted my one and only chance That is awesome Schultzy! I'll have to have my brother send me the trail cam pic of the bull we captured this fall. Not huge, but he had a sweet rack!:D
