Looking good! I'm hoping to get my bear skull back next week. Do you boil them or use bugs?

The two moose were boiled (actually it's more like ''simmered''... slow cooked in hot but not boiling water as boiling would be detrimental to the bones...)

-One bear skull was done by bugs (left in the woods uncovered) ...Easiest but you have the risk that a critter will steal or damage the skull

-The other one was left in a plastic pale full of water. Less damage to the bone but the teeth end up with a pinkish stain to it... that gets fixed with more peroxide

All of the skulls were then coated with 30volume peroxide ( same stuff hair dressers use...) and wrapped in ''Saranwrap'' for about 12 hours then rinsed.

After all is dried and at the desired color a mix of water and white carpenter glue is ''painted'' over the skulls in order to keep all the bones and teeth together...
