Thats sweet but what about the guys like me in Illinois that can't use it? They have that no feeding or baiting of anykind for deer here. Feeding Wildlife It is unlawful to make available food, salt, mineral blocks or other products for ingestion by wild deer or other wildlife in areas where wild deer are present. Hunting Deer Over Mineral Salt or Bait It is unlawful to take deer by using salt, mineral or other kind of bait. In addition, it is unlawful to feed deer at any time, even when not hunting (see page 10-11). NOTE: An area is considered as baited during the presence of and for 10 consecutive days following the removal of illegal bait. For example, a hunter learns of illegal bait near his hunting location. The hunter must now wait 10 days after the complete removal of said illegal bait in order to legally hunt that location. These are copied right from the Digest for Illinois
