Not wanting to hijack the thread about the show (I watch it sometimes :D), I'm wondering how many of ya'll have had 'experiences' that were really unusual while in the woods?
My dad used to tell me the story of his encounter with the "Piasa Bird"(a local Indian tale) while coon hunting, when I was a little kid. He actually got the story published in a magazine around that time. Of course, the story was 100% fabricated.
Ive always been interested in the "cryptids". Never really had an experience though. I do watch the "Legend of boggy creek" once or twice a year though.
