Its the size of the picture and the angles the horns are held at.

They're the same racks. Warden is holding his at a downward angle (tines appear equal and short) while the poacher is holding his angling up (tines appear unequal and longer).

    Same rack.

    It is the same deer!

This IS THE SAME RACK! This is a prime example what different camera angle will do for you. You have the classic "out-stretched arms" by the POACHER ... Vs. The CPO holding the rack close to his body and tipped down much more as was pointed out to you by the other members.

Its a shame to see a buck of that caliber fall to a poacher. At least he was caught and will be punished for his unethical tactics.

different angle will make either all the tines shorter or all the tines longer.....not half longer and half shorter. its not a tough concept...

    Tough to WHO?

Well we could go back and forth forever! We could continue to explain why your thinking is flawed but if you want to believe contrary to the truth it wouldn't be helpful. May I suggest we request a DNA sample.

More than likely he got around a $600-$800 fine, a misdemeanor, lost his rifle, possibly his truck, maybe a year of hunting and if he was a repeat offender, maybe jail time. I would like to know exactly myself.

Well your wrong there...its EXTREMELY close, but theres a few things that even angles and depth perception cant hide.
