because I love to hunt and love the taste of venison... playing devils advocate here...if someone gets so tore up they can't get off a shot much less an ethical one why do they hunt...lol
Fair enough and perhaps that is the same answer Sota would say. Me personally I got excited, not talking shaking like leaf but excited and if that didn't happen I would stop.
I will say my heart rate get up slightly and my breathing might increase a tad before the shot, but after the shot is when the shakes start...lol
Muzzyman88 you did a great job with this write up. Should be a stickie so all people can read it. Lots of good information on how to calm down. I don't get as excited when I shoot deer with my gun as I do my bow. I find it to easy. My bow on the other hand I still get excited, I plan on trying this for next season. Thanks Beefie. I'm no pro, and probably not even that good at this. I just felt like sharing a process that I've come up with that really works for me and hope folks can get something out of it. I'll probably proceed to miss the next four deer.
