Has anybody ever used those moisture absorbing crystals for food plots? They sell it at Lowes but i bought some off of ebay for half the price. I mixed 2lbs of crystals in with 100lbs of seed and did 2 food plots with it. I planted 5 food plots total the 2 plots I used the crystals in were twice as good as the 3that I did'nt us them in. So anybody who plants food plots and is short on water need to check these out. One of the plots i usd them in I did a spot about 20ft round that i did'nt use any crystalls in and the spot i did the ground stayed wet alot longer. I just thought this might be helpful to people who do plots with the drought we are having. I bought 2lbs for $12 so search the web and find the cheapest place before you buy them.
