I was wondering if it is to late to set up a mock scrape and have deer activity to it? After watching Tyler shoot his buck in episode 100 after all those bucks walked right to his mock scrapes he had, I wanted to test it out for my self but wondering if it is to late in the season?

I personally think it's a bit late for that. The goal with a mock scrape is to start it early and have the bucks take it over as their own. This time of the year there's plenty of natural scrapes out there. Find one that's being hit hard on a regular basis and hunt near that instead.

If you are in MI, yes it may be too late to undertake this. Plan ahead for next year. Start in late Aug/Early Sept with the licking branch.

I would go for it! Deer are still making new scrapes this time of year, it sure can't hurt to try!!
