With everything I've been reading about mock scrapes, I thought I'd give it a try just for the heck of it. I found a small tree with a low branch that was right in front (20ft-30ft) of where my trail cam is set up. I made a V shaped spot that I cleared down to dirt with a stick. I snapped the lower tree branch end so it hangs like you would normally see at a scrape. Next I put some "raisins" in it that I collected (rubber gloves) from another new scrape in the area. I then took a big leak in it for good measure! Do you think it will get any attention?

I have read that sometimes you'll find droppings (raisins) in a scrape, and I did on my way in. So I used them in my mock scrape. I don't know if they're from the buck that made the scrape, or from a doe visiting it?
