That settles it. I'm installing headlights and a horn on my bow! I just bought this truck 3 weeks ago, and toasted a freakin doe with it this afternoon on my way home from work. It's not terrible, busted out the headlight lens (but not the bulb) and smashed the fender pretty bad. Could have been worse I guess.

I dunno ya'll......I'm just wore out. It's been a frustrating year. Work is absolutely insane and I come home with ulsers and a headache every night worrying about that crap. I've been to more damn funerals this year than I care to discuss.....and now I wreck my new truck on the SECOND deer I've hit in 4 freakin months. I guess I shouldn't complain. Many people are losing their jobs and can't make ends meet, but I am working overtime and was able to buy a truck and pay for it all up front. I guess I don't really have too much to cry about, but man......I'm just really frustrated. Ya'll ever have those times when you feel like no matter which direction you turn, you're gonna get bit? That's where I'm at right now.

Anyway.......I know this has absolutely nothing to do with bowhunting, but I just had to vent somewhere and ya'll are the lucky ones that got to "listen" to it......

Sucks hitting those deer. I remember one time, probably 10 years ago I hunted for 6 hours and didn't see a deer. Driving home I hit a huge 10 pt. with my car that would probably score P&Y. I know the feeling. Hang in there.

This has been a very strange year for deer hunting. I know quite a few guys that usually have no trouble killing nice bucks every year that still don't have one on the ground.

Now for all of the rest of that stuff you're have problems with. Maybe it has something to do with stealing Germ's mojo last year.:d Just keep your chin up and move forward, it has to get better.

By the way. How much KE does this one have???:deer:

Instead of the mobownator, you should now be known as the vehicleinator.

Don, care to write a book or sell a DVD of how you set up on these roadside ambushes? Since I don't get out to the woods I might as well try and whack one on the road. You seem to have this down to a science. You don't happen to put Buck Bomb as a fuel additive to lure in deer do you?

Sorry I didn't get back to the text man. I didn't get it till late. Just a freaking bummer!

I didn't recall when you bought the truck mentioning anything about putting aftermarket fenders on your truck.

In all serious Don, glad you didn't get hurt and keep on truckin' man. Just remember man, this too shall pass.

    You whine like a mule.

But I still love you Dono.

If hitting a deer with your car is the biggest worry you have.. don't worry so much. Life must be pretty good.

    Congrats on the deer.:d
