My friends and are looking in to another hog hunt this year, and I was wondering what missouri had to offer as far as ranchs or outfitters go. I know several in OK an d TX. I would like to keep it in state though for the guys that live farther up north of the state. Its quite a drive from NW MO to Oklahoma or texas. I havent had much luck googling this subject. Appreciate any info guys. Thanks

I really hope their are not any "ranches" or "outfitters" in Missouri that grow these destructive animals. They reproduce at a mass rate and like the rules of the wildlife code read..."shoot any and all on sight" and I couldn't agree more. Once someone starts to breed them or "farm" them that just opens up trouble of some of them escaping or being turned into the wild and creating a huge problem.

I would have to agree with you on that one. Ive always wondered how much effect these places really have on hog population I bet its pretty substantial. So far I have found two places in south eastern missouri, both claiming to be free range so there already seems to be too many in missouri already.

A friend of mine lives in Bonne Terre, MO. He gets hog pics on his trail cameras quite a bit.

Stone Creek in Rolla. I think they're kind of expensive though.
