You wouldn't last two minutes on a soccer field. There are 15 year old boys that would crush you. It's far more physical than you could possibly understand. Without pads. Soccer players are some of the fittest athletes in the world. Your arrogance and ignorance on the subject has made your point of view pure comic relief.
Your giving him way too much credit. lol And, I was including your comment about panties. So, there's that.
Exactly, very sensitive when you poke fun of soccer. It is a joke get over it. I am not a fan it can spread like wildfire but it will NEVER usurp NFL football.
In your lifetime. But, it most certainly will. Have you noticed the trend in nationality demographics in the US?
I already knew what this thread would involve from the poster. I wasn't disappointed. I like soccer, I like that my kids play soccer, and I surely like watching it. I grew up not really liking it even though I played it for a couple of years. I can tell you without a doubt it made me get in better shape. The skill level in today's youth soccer is amazing. My daughter's 12 year old soccer team could beat my 40 year old butt and 10 clones.
Yeah I have noticed that America has gone to hell in a handbasket since soccer has gained popularity. Coincidence I think not.
See now you are starting to get it, it is a joke I am making sport of soccer fans nothing personal just poking fun.
Ahhhhh......I think I get it now. It would be kind of like a guy that lives in Minnesota and buys "stock" in the Packers.
I get it, but I'm not rescinding my "ignorant" comment. Say what you will, chicks like soccer players... stamina man, stamina...
I played and enjoyed playing soccer when I was younger, when slide-tackling still existed. I can't watch professional soccer with all the drama and flopping, but I can appreciate the sport and physicality of it. I just wish it was played as I remember playing it when I was younger.
Soccer is the most played sport in the world, cricket is #2. It's irrelevant what the world wide numbers are. Soccer is growing in the U.S, but as far as professional popularity goes, it's going to take a long time for it to catch on here. SCFox
Cant argue with you there, going to take a while to catch on for sure... But it is one of the fastest growing sports in the US. Right alongside lacrosse, rugby, and pickleball.
