I said I would not get sucked in by the Twins this year. I did not go to their first spring training game even though the stadium is right by where I was last weekend, staying strong. I do find it laughable that the Astros are complaining about being hit by pitches, MLB will not punish you for stealing a World Series, well the players will.
Been watching the spring training games. We are so ate up by MLB that we keep a card table in the living room. If there is a ball game on during lunch or dinner, we are watching the game! There were some kids leagues in California that banned the Astros name from being used by teams for this season.

As the season was announced there were announcements coming out that numerous people in the Rockies org (superstars), had the virus. I wonder what the specific rules are for Covid and the season... Do players simply opt in and say "I don't care if I get the virus" and take the proper precautions?
I have no idea, I am dealing with the same thing as far as traveling by air. Do I self quarenteen after every trip? How do I go to my home and not risk infecting any visitor?
that's not a bad thing...3 days on, 14 days off... I wonder how many on this forum will be getting 'exposed' come the last week of October? but I digress. I am a little excited to see MLB is back. I almost hope they will take a cue from this and shorten the regular season permanently by say 20 games/1 month. Will make September baseball more exciting and also help out with the ridiculous late October weather during the World Series. Something weird about sitting in my camper in the deer woods with snow on the ground outside watching baseball on the TV at night.
Well looks like this season is going to happen after all. I’m definitely excited to watch some ballgames. I haven’t turned a TV on in months. It would be great if my Indians could make a strong run into the post season but the AL central should be strong.

I'll un-dislike it in a day or so. Nothing personal. Just could not let that stand. Supremely pisses me off that They took the most agnostic of all things America and bowed to this BS. I have a couple friends who if it weren't for baseball I would probably really dislike; and now They turn this to a wedge issue as well. Nothing is safe.
