Anyone going to the classic this weekend? I will be there on sunday! Im excited to see all the big deer and meet a lot of great people.
Hope it is better then the Illinois show was. What a waste of a day that was. I actually wanted to go to a show this weekend but I couldn't find any hunting or fishing shows anywhere closer then 5 hours away and don't feel like driving that far.
I have been 4 or 5 years. I have friends that go to school at Mizzou so i making a double trip out of it. I enjoy it because i like seeing all the big deer and I usually take my deer to get scored(if i shoot one) just because its free and i like to see how close i got to the official score. There are usually some pretty cool vendors and i have got some nice turkey calls etc. at it. I don't know if its really worth a 2 1/2 hour drive, but then again I'm driving 3 to go to it. Its just something to do for the weekend so i enjoy it.
Been there any times in the past, they used to have some decent guest speakers kind of hit and miss anymore. Kids are home for spring break so I will be with them.
