I know I am not the wisest on this type of subject, but I recently purchased a Mission Venture and the dealer told me that the limbs on the Venture was the old mathews limbs. This came up because I was asking basic differences between the Venture and Mathews bows. According to him when Mathews changed to slim limb tech, they put the old limbs on some of the Missions. I know part of his selling pitch for the Venture over other Missions was the fact that it had the old Mathews limbs. Hope this helps.
