Looking at the Mission Venture and the Ballistic bows. Any opinions on which one to choose? Both are the same price but very different bows.

Personally out of the two I would get the Ballistic. The Ballistic even being a Dual cam has a better back wall than the Venture does being single cam. The Ballistic surprised me. It's a budget Mathews Monster.

My friend just got the ballistic last week and he loves it. He shot his first doe with it three days later and it worked flawlessly. All that being said, I don't know anything about the venture.

I own a mission eliminator which is close to the venture being a single cam bow and I just shot the ballistic, the eliminator is a little smoother on the draw (not much) but the ballistic has a little better back wall. I would shoot both and see what you like, you can't got wrong with either. Scoot

The Ballistic is a sweet bow. Add a Focus grip and a Harmonic Stabilizer in the riser and you've basically got yourself a Monster at about half the price. I'm contemplating picking up a black Ballistic just to have as a backup/2nd bow.

Thanks fellows. I was leaning toward the Ballistic but wanted some other opinions. I'm going to go and shoot both this week and make my final decision.

Yes let the bow choose you. I would get the Ballistic and throw a Harmonic Stabilizer in the bottom for sure.

Bought the Ballistic a few weeks ago and love it. Still need the stabilizer in the riser and a Focus grip then it will be darn near perfect.

I love my Ballistic! Can't wait to get the new grip for it, but it's still sweet with stock one :)
