I am going to purchase either the Blaze or Ballistic. I have shot both. My personal opinion was that the draw cycle felt smoother on blaze than ballistic. A couple issues Im looking for feedback on are Quietness, hand shock, and forgiveness. My shooting was indoors so sound was distorted. Can you tell me which is the quietest? I thought both felt same as far as hand shock. What did you think? And on forgiveness, The Blaze has a longer Axle to Axle being 33" to the Ballastic 30.5" which is suppose to be more forgiving. However, the Ballistic has a longer brace height being 7 inches to the the Blaze 6 1/8 inches. which makes the ballistic more forgiving than the blaze on brace height. Which bow would be most forgiving taking into consideration these factors? I am 6'0'' and shoot 28.5 to 29" draw. I lean towards Blaze because draw cycle felt smoother. However Im apprehensive because the brace height being so short making it tough to shoot accurately. Ive read many reports of Ballstic beig accurate and would want to know how accurate and shootable the blaze is compared. Thanks for any input.

Im completely new to archery but I was in the same spot and ended up getting the Blaze. IMO it's pretty darned accurate. After shooting both the Blaze and Ballistic I chose the Blaze because it just felt better in my hand and its a bit faster.

To me brace height changes nothing but axel to axel does. Also being you are taller the shorter bow will have the more acute string angle making it harder to anchor

i personally bought the blaze over the ballistic. the bow just held better in my hand. the blaze is alittle top heavy on the draw but it fixes itself as you enter the valley of the draw. a longer or heavier stabilizer would fix this but i use my bow for hunting so i dont want a long stabilizer. you cant go wrong with the blaze.
