Are you missing right or left? Up or down? Sounds like you have a pretty serious issue might want to head to your local archery shop, most have indoor ranges and a tech that knows what he is doing can get you shooting straight in no time.

Yeah I would definitely go to a local shop. They should be able to get you on the right track

Different distances, some set their first pin on 20 yards second pin for 30 yards, each pin is for a different distance. Yes on the sight.

When I bought my first bow I bought it at Cabelas if not for my local bowshop owner I would have been very frustrated. Is there a shop near you? A good shop will help you learn the basics of form and adjusting your equipment much faster than you will get from the internet. This site is a good place to get info and assistance but hands on advice will be better.

I don't have a local shop around. And I was just shooting and I noticed when i had my sights perfectly on target the arrows kept going left. I even compensated by aiming more left and that didnt help.

You need to establish an anchor point before you can expect to consistant.

Am I pulling back too far? Do I need to pull the bow back all the way on a short shot?

A bow should be matched to you so draw length matches you personally so it shouldn't have a "too far" position, it should stop when you reach full draw. Yes, you should be drawing the bow back all the way all the time. You should have an anchor point to draw to every time, for instance I set my first knuckle on my draw hand at my earlobe and my nose tip on the string so every time I draw, those things line up consistently.

If you don't have a local shop, either go to the nearest one or find someone with experience to help you out in person so advice is hands on. There are also some good videos on youtube to help you get going and give some visual reference.

You're welcome, good luck. The sport is a blast when things are set up correctly but few things are as frustrating as archery when you're fighting everything from A-Z. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Where are you located? Maybe someone on here is close by and would be willing to help out.
