You honestly think its the music creating the hype in the stands? No. It's a heated game... It's more than likely the dumb *** people who get too drunk and start stuff with another person cheering for the other team.

I can only imagine how awesome it would be. I agree with his mindset for the most part, just haven't hit the point where it bothers me.... probably due to me not having kids and still being in my early 20s, lol.

To me I think 95% of it is crap and I can't believe it's still around. Sounds like the lyrics are written from a third grade drop outs and there all about doing or drug dealing, money or violating some guys daughter. Basically their creating there own stereo type for themselves and its so short sighted.

But that's me. I remember as a 14 year old kid who would smoke pot and drink beer not like Eric Clapton after he put out his song "riding my train, high on cocaine". I saw it as just another rich musician poisoning the airwaves without a care for how his words could influence other people. Wouldn't go to his concert or buy any of his albums today.

I pretty much only listen to Christian rock now. It lets me relax put my guard down an actually lifts me up rather than make me want to pop a cap in sum mo fo azz.

You younger guys that say it ok just remember next generation coming up behind you will top whatever you doing today. It's your America.

Sorry phone screwed that last post up but, young kids look up to these artist and they will absolutely mimic the stuff they hear. All of a sudden it looks cool to carry guns, sell drugs and even do jail time.

    Yeah and.

Where hoodys down over your eyes in the middle of summer, where their pants down low to look like to just got out of jail and their belt was confiscated, leave the tags on their hats so the stores don't know if they bought it or just stole it off the shelf.

And no matter if your sitting on the hood of your new $300k Lamborghini with gold chains all around yo neck and half naked bit$hes all around you always be in a bad mood:(. I love how all rappers walk around with their faux angry look plastered to their faces all the time.
    The best is eminem:)

agreed 100%...I guess Rap has it's place for some..just not in my world!!!!!! nothing good comes from todays Rap music for our kids imho, teaches disrespect, lack of value for others and themselves...and portrays a life that they don't understand.....

Eric clapton has made a turn around. He is supposed to be a sober drug addict (one never knows)

He is atleast a very talented musician and singer.(these rap artist are void of both in most cases)

I love what he is doing with blues music.

Interesting fact, most don't know that "Layla" represents George Harrisons wife.

Never could get into it much except for dancing at weddings:D

Eminem, however, can rap. Agree with the lifestyle or not, his lyrical ability is pretty impressive.

    I'll leave it at that.

Agreed. Their music and lives seem totally self centered and like animals based around puffing themselves up, sex/breeding and territory/gang banging.

It's funny how they've got the women rappers even degrading themselves and their rap music.
