I posted this on HNI so I figured I'd post It here also. Well I'm heading out tonight for my bear hunt up in northern Mn that starts the 1st of September. We do all of our own baiting and stuff, no guides! 90% of my stuff Is up and ready to go. The recurve will be the last thing packed being I plan on doing some more shooting yet today before I head out. I'm excited as heck and don't plan on being back home till Sunday the 7th. I won't have any internet access being were tenting It In the area we hunt, nothing but woods and rivers, timber wolves and bears! I love It, It don't get no better then this.:d Hopefully I'll have a few pics of bear that we were fortunate enough to get and If not Its still nice just being out there and enjoying what mother nature has to offer. Also a shout out of good luck to some other bear hunters- MN/Kyle, Sandilands, Rackluster, Oakcreek, _Dan and who ever else I missed good luck to you as well. To you elk hunters too that take off when I'm gone, good luck to you all as well. I really miss my elk hunting, I envy you guys!! Take care!!
Thanks Walt!! I just put the recurve away after doing some last minute shooting and Its packed up and ready to go. Now I'm just waiting for my brother to show up and were gone.
Hopefully your season goes better than ours has Steve. Tons of berries, high temps and the full moon really messed our hunt up last week. Good luck and tag a good one!
I know you're already gone there Schultzy, but like I said, be safe, have fun, and be a monster out there. Smoke a big one and report back to us when you arrive back to civilization.
