I hunt private land in the South metro and Renville County. I'll be buying my new bow at A1 Archery in Hudson. Haven't been impressed with some of the local shops.
Hunt 60 acres of private 10 miles west of St. Cloud near Princeton/Foley. Also have 80 acres west of Little Falls.
Nope not even a young buck just does and fawns. I may have to have to start trophy doe hunting, figure 10 " ear tip to ear tip is a trophy.
I hunt private land south of Rochester I'm from southeast Rochester Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

I am a little concerned currently I have 3 what look to be yearling does, and only 1 doe with a fawn on camera on a regular basis. I also have an occasional doe that has wire around her neck. Seems like the fawn numbers are down, as well as buck sightings. I know having the does the bucks will come but it seems overall the population is down and this is in an area with little hunting pressure, and 3 easy winters in a row.
Got two nice bucks on camera from todays check. I would share them but not sure how yet with photobucket BS going on.
I have 1 doe with 1 fawn... The last 3 years I've always had a doe with 2 fawns, and the last 2 years I've had a doe with 3 fawns. 0 shooters on camera.
I've got 2 bucks on camera that I would probably shoot. Little fawn activity at my place as well. Not terrible but nothing like in the past. Getting an awful lot of coyote pictures.
I hunt both private and public in Olmsted and Fillmore Co. (SE MN). I went to pull my SD card about two weeks ago and the camera had stopped taking pictures but I was able to catch a glimpse of a really nice buck making his way through some overgrown grass which helped improve my mood. Other than that there are a couple of other younger bucks I have early pictures of. Anyone hear anything about what they will be doing for the 603 zone?? I hunt around there and I assume there will be quite a few tags available for purchase which is a little bit of a catch 22...that area gets hunted pretty heavily but given the mild winter we had I think the deer pop. should be okay...we will see what happens I suppose.
