anyone use the milinium hang on stand?..i know its 200.00 but it looks comfortable and I have tried other stands but after sitting in a few hang-ons for 30 min..my back was killing me..the milinium looks like it has good back support...any thoughts...to be honest I have killed deer in lawn chairs though as well but I like to be high so I have better visability..was thinking if people here had good things to say about this stand I would consider purchasing one for next year later down the line when my finances are much better...

They are the most comfortable stands I've ever been in

Hate to give good advice to an LSWHO fan (HAHA), but they are the most comfortable stands. I've got the M100 older style with a foot rest that I can sit in for hours. I just bought another one the other day to put up in a new location.

I have the M100, M25 and M50 and like the other guys said, they are the MOST COMFORTABLE STANDS out there. I have the M100 with the Foot Rest and it is my Rut stand. I have sat in it for 12 hours before. The new M100U only weighs 11.5 lbs. But, the M150 is the cadillac of them all. You won't go wrong with any of them. Trust me when I say if you buy it, you won't EVER buy another loc-on stand from another manufacturer.

I had a m-100. extremely comfy, easy to hang. HOWEVER i didn't like how far away from the tree i was. I felt like i was sticking out like a sore thumb, and making the step from the sticks was scary (to me, I'm afraid of heights) on the narrow long platform. but once i was in it, it was like being in a lazyboy, similar to the comforts of a summit viper.

    1) you can find them cheaper than $200. I've seen them recently for about $180 on ebay

    2) Milleniums are very comfortable, but I have to say the Summit rsxEagle is more comfortable. I prefer the straddle-style seat hands down. No pressure on your sciatic at all. Very easy to sit all day. They're awesome and also only 14lbs. I bought a M-100 last year and it was closer to 18lbs, not the advertised 13. I also prefer how the Summit's sling back better b/c it protects from wind better than the mesh Millennium. You can pick up a Summit for about $150

I love my m100. Super comfortable! They can be a little tricky to get into. You want to make sure your steps go up high enough. If they are to short it makes that step into it hard.

So you want a millennium stand but want to try and get on xop pro staff? I'm confused.

I agree. It was awkward for me too climb into the M100 at first, but like tfarah22 said, I just take my climbing steps up higher and step down into it. I think the M25 and M50 eliminated that issue. But the M150 is the best of both worlds. Adjustable height and a wide platform. Let me also add that the contour of the Millenium seat is such as to where it is nearly impossible to fall out of it. I always have a HSS Safety harness on, but the seat design never has you sitting on an edge. Until that Big One comes in! :tu:
