Mild tear in right scapula

    Well I done it, doc says I have a mild tear in my scapula. Happened 3 weeks ago and doc says to ice with massage therapy.

    Has anyone had this before? How long of a recovery period am I looking at? And what other methods of treatment was used?

    Any info would be appreciated. Thanks everyone.
