So I just re fletched my arrows with NAP Twister quick fletch and I melted the glue off all my nocks. Can I use loctite to glue those nocks back on? The nearest archery store is 2 hours away. I'm just trying to save myself a trip. If not any other suggestions?

    Thank you!

How loose are they? I never even glue mine in place. Allows me to easily rotate the nock for clearance.

I do not glue the nocks in my arrows, just stick em in there. Like Fitz said above, this allows you to rotate the arrow on the nock as needed. They should fit snug enough to stay on.

The only time nocks should be glued on is if you are using outsert nock systems like the old aluminum that had a cone on the back that the nock would fit over.

I dont glue them but any fletch glue will work. Super glue might set to fast for you to adjust them to were you need them. You can also use strips of paper wrapped around the nock to tighten them up if need be.

I've used thread to tighten up loose nocks before... worked great!

Hold a plastic sandwich bag over the back of the shaft. Push the nock through the plastic and into the back of the shaft. This will give enough compression to keep it snug but will also allow you to turn or remove the nock when needed.

    What he said.
But I also have to question why they became loose? Did you leave them in the boiling water to long?
I have used quick fletch for a while and never had that happen to me before.
But I also remove the nocks before I fletch them.

Plastic bag trick was clutch. Thanks guys. I think it was because I did not remove the nocks.

Yeah, I read that and thought, "great idea." I'm gonna have to remember that one.
