Anyone tried or have any success with micro plots. Have been watching videos on micro plots in the middle of the woods. Seems like this lines up with my equipment and land availability.

I have been primarily sticking with clover in any food plots I have been able to make due to shade tolerance and brows resistance in these small timber plots. Does anyone else have a micro plot seed that you have seen produce well or any tips on micro plotting?

I have what would be considered a micro plot it is a mix of clover alfalfa and chichory let the deer browse it till about Labor Day then I fence it off till the end of October when I pull the fence it is an open buffet for 2-3 weeks.

Are you using an electric fence?
