Has anyone read up on this yet? If I am reading this correctly, we will now have to buy a license to buy a license.......?

After looking over them casually, I for one am not really happy about it. It forces the cost up on my deer season, while giving me a free small game license. Not exactly sure if there is a pay off or not, but if I see some quality deer management from it, then I suppose the pay off isn't bad. Arguably the cost of hunting (albeit simply for tags) in the state are lower than most, so perhaps it's a good trade off.
