I think he will make the team on his talents alone. He was a top 2 or 3 pass rusher in the SEC last year which is the most nfl like college conference in the ncaa. He's no joke, he wasn't the sec co-defensive player of the year for nothing.
Jackson Jeffcoat was Big 12 defensive player of the year and he went undrafted. NFL teams couldn't care less about media awards.
I am no college football guru by any means, but the only two games I watched Missouri play were shootouts I think. There defense could not stop a PAL team. As for Stephen *** Smith, what is his claim to fame, other than being a blabber mouth. Up here in New England a lot of the sports commentators are liberal dorks who have never played a sport in their life. This has really soured me from the NFL, I do not see myself watching a lot of football this year.
Jeez I don't think this is any reason to not watch the nfl...Stephen A. started as more of an nba guy and now for some reason has been given the platform to talk about whatever he wants.
While I think what he is doing is wrong, I realize it is acceptable in the society we live in. However, my issue is he claims he just wants to focus on football. He knew what would happen and he's making a lot of money off of it, as will the Rams. Does anyone remember the cameras at Sean Renfrees house last year? He was the 249th pick, shouldn't he get them too? This is being blown out of proportion and he knew it would make him money Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's all about the money people. Principles have long dropped by the wayside. When it becomes cool and fruitful to be Christian again you guys will have your day.
Its always been about the money and power, always. Just because Michael Sam is gay does not mean he was to sit back idly instead of profiting. Everyone else manipulates and twists to make $$$.
This is still here??? C'mon... the dude's a pawn and too dumb to know it... he'll be the one destroyed in the end.... geesh!
My honest opinion is that him coming out of the closet was a way to ensure a draft pick. From what I have seen, he would barely make the practice team based on talent. Not that I'm some fantastic player, but I know a good football player when I see one.
