    Yeeahhh...I'm really just trying to get under Florida Marine's skin by saying outrageous things about Cryer. I know he expects it from me, and I don't want to disappoint.

    The dude is shady though.

    No argument from me there. I've told a lot of people that if I weren't a Gator fan and hadn't read about Urban, watched him coach and lead, read his book, etc. that I probably wouldn't like him very much and that it's easy for a lot of people NOT to like him just because of his personality.

    It's funny though, the other day my brother and I were talking about great, successful athletes coaches and many of them were labeled as outcasts and not well liked (Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Lebron even just some quick basketball references, Spurrier, Pete Carrol, the list goes on and on..) and that's ultimately what fueled their greatness.

    Type A personalities are often successful, but not well liked. Like the owner of the company I work for likes to tell me, "If you're employees like you, you're not doing your job."

    In other words, he thinks I'm too nice.
