Looking for help in contacting MSCA. Just after Christmas, my daughter ordered a brim clip from Metal Shed Cast Antler (Metal Shed Cast Antlers) and received an automated order confirmation. The credit card was charged and everything appeared normal. It was a gift for me for my birthday. As my birthday approached, she contacted MSCA, via email and their contact page, to inquire about when she could expect shipment. The email and contact page message were never answered. A few days later, my wife sent a message to MSCA to try to make contact also to no avail. She attempted to call, but there is no telephone number or address available. Since my birthday has come and gone, I thought I would take up the reminders and sent a message to the customer service email address on the site. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard anything--no status, no shipping info, etc. Since it appears that MSCA sponsors BHOD (?), does anyone have any information about a planned shutdown or other information that would explain the lack of communication? Does anyone have telephone number that might help us get information about the cause of the delay and the expected delivery date? Thanks for any help.
There should be a telephone number on your credit card bill. I would call the credit card company and have them reverse the charges also. Found the number for you it was on their FB page 2010 W Genesee St Syracuse, New York (315) 481-7172
Thanks for sleuthing the telephone number!! I was able to call and spoke with someone who said they were way behind. He is going to check on it and give me a call tomorrow.
