What part am I shaming and judging you Sota?

I make a general post and make a general recommendation about a couple things that have improved my overall well being and quality of life that’s it. What am I missing????

Westfinger I didn't interpret your post as shaming either. Sometimes emails and words without overall context can mean different things to different people.

Thanks VS, I hear you. It’s a subject near and dear to my heart and I don’t like being misunderstood.

All I'll say is you never know. If you have the urge or feeling to reach out to someone all of a suddon or you've been thinking about them for some odd reason, reach out. You never know if youll be able to again or how huge your simple message could be in the right time. There's a reason they are on your mind.

Hey @Sota, you're spot on about the importance of addressing it head-on rather than resorting to self-medication or temporary fixes. Chronic stress isn't just a feeling; it's a physical response that can have long-lasting effects on our wellbeing.
For anyone struggling and feeling isolated, seeking professional help is a crucial step. And for those who may encounter unknown pills or substances while on their journey—whether out of curiosity or in search of relief—identifying what you're dealing with usign https://fherehab.com/learning/id-unknown-pill is vital to ensure safety.

I have had a journey, some of my mental issues were part of an undiagnosed physical issue. I am doing well I am no longer on blood pressure meds, or anxiety drugs. I can also hold steady enough to shoot a bow again.

Can't explain how I felt when I drew back and steadied and held the pin no shakes. Sure glad I didn't give my bow away.
