That's just how they do it out here. I haven't shot any of the tourneys yet but K did. They have a 'smoker' round. You are allowed ONE arrow. LOLz. They make it pretty hard to keep that arrow for more than a few shots unless you're pretty damn good. (Which I am not) Here's a popular shoot out here in UT. Bowcast at the Bird.
