Can someone help me understand this picture I've attached. Or help me find a link for instructions.

Basically its showing you how to increase or decrease your draw weight. There should be a screw like that on your top and bottom limb goin into the riser. Turning the screws clockwise will increase your weight and turning the other way will decrease it. If your doin it yourself make sure to turn both screws equally. I'm not 100% sure but when you tighten them all the way down it will max out your poundage and I don't think your able to go over what your limbs are rated for. But like said not sure. Another thing is that I've been told but don't know is a full rotation is 5 pounds but again not sure on that part.

Hope it helped and hopefully some of the other guys will chime in that know a little more for sure.

To turn up weight turn that bolt clockwise and to lower weight counter clockwise.

Ok. I've got the basic understanding. Mainly didn't want to ruin my bow making adjustments on it. 70 lbs pull is awesome... for the first 20 minutes of shooting but after so long it gets to the point That I draw it back only to wait a minute or so just to stop shaking.

Nah you won't ruin it, like said just make sure if you do turn it down you turn both screws equal amounts.

Mathews says your bow is safe to shoot at 5 fulls turns down from max. If you stay at or under 5 turns you will be good. 5 turns would be about 10 pounds.

    Five?
Dang I did one turn backed off and it was so much easier.
Maybe I'll do another turn or two.
Haven't actually shot it since turning it back
