The string stops near each of the cams, well one is split and the other looks like it is starting to split. I have already ordered new ones but I dont know how long the one was split. Last week my DXT started shooting all over the place could this be when the string stop split.
if it were me i would take it to your local mathews dealer and have it checked out and tuned.. you may have a string stretch or some small adjustment that needs to be made, check your axel to axel length for basic clues even try and go to mathews forum on there web site, also there is a timing hole on the cam and see where the timing is,again check out mathews web site or the owners manual and it shows the timing marks. best of luck.
I'm betting that if you've shot it enough for the string stops to split then those crap Zebra strings have crept. I shoot a DXT too but the first thing I did when I got it home was build a quality string and cable for it. The Zebra and Barracuda stuff is crap. Get the bow re tuned.
